Our Story

It was 2012, and Erin had just arrived at Rowan’s freshman orientation. She checked in at the main desk, found out her assigned dorm building, and was directed to drop off her bags. Since Erin was new to the campus, an orientation leader, Ari, was assigned to walk her to the dorm. Ari was very sweet and funny, saying that he was honored to be the first person she’d meet at Rowan. He made her smile and laugh on the short walk to the dorm, and Erin remembers thinking “He’s great - I could marry him!” Even though Erin and Ari did not stay in touch while they were both at Rowan University, their paths crossed again in August 2020 on "Bumble" (a dating app). The rest.... is history.

Scotland Run Golf Club

Scotland Run Golf Club is a stunning 18 hole golf course nestled in the heart of South Jersey. It is located in Williamstown, NJ, just 30 minutes from Philadelphia and a short drive from Rowan University, where Erin and Ari first crossed paths.

The wedding ceremony will take place in a private garden pavillion, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing on the second floor of the clubhouse.

Hotel information for those utilizing our hotel block

🚗 Parking: Park either in the small lot connected to the hotel or in the garage 2nd Floor or above (first floor is retail parking only).
✅ Make sure to put your parking pass on the windshield to avoid being towed.
🏨 Early check-in: With check-in being pretty late - 4pm - please make sure to call the hotel the morning of your check-in day and request an early check-in.

🛑 If you are parked in the garage and would like to exit the garage, please make sure to get an exit ticket from the hotel front desk. Without an exit ticket (validated parking ticket) the garage will attempt to charge you to exit based on their normal pricing, so make sure to grab a ticket on your way out!
⏰ After you check out on Sunday, your exit pass will say “Valid for 15 minutes only,” but you can stay for much longer (3-4 hours) with it still being valid.
☕ Sunday, April 27th @ 11:00 AM ~ Farewell Brunch for hotel guests at Spicy’s Bar (3 min walk from hotel) - Checkout, get your garage exit ticket, pack your car, then come meet us for brunch on us!

The attire is formal.

If you’ve arrived early on Friday and checked in at your hotel already, we’d love for you to join us at Dave & Buster’s between 3:30(ish) and 8:00 PM for a casual evening of games, drinks, and good company. Feel free to stop by at any point during the evening to relax, mingle, and connect before the big day. Dave & Buster’s is located about 10 minutes from the rehearsal lunch and 18 minutes from the hotel. If you plan to arrive later in the evening (After 6:30), please text Ari to confirm we’re still there. We do not have an official spot there, so if you can't find us, just text Ari.

We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 5:15 pm. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way into the clubhouse, and be guided to the ceremony site. If you arrive early, feel free to relax in the clubhouse restaurant until it’s time to head to the ceremony. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Feel free to relax at the golf club's on-site resturant. When you enter the building, you will see the "Highlander Pub and Grill" in the lobby. Please feel free to grab a drink at the bar (Cash bar) or just relax at a table until the ushers call for moving to the ceremony site.

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Hotel: Only hotel guests with a room can get one parking space per room included with their stay. To utilize the parking included with your hotel, you can either park in the small lot connected to the hotel (if there are spaces available), and if not, you can park in the parking garage across the street. You must park on the 2nd Floor or above (first floor is retail parking only). When you check in, you will receive a parking pass which you will need to put in your windshield to avoid being towed. This is a busy college campus, so they a sticklers! If you want to leave the garage, stop by the front desk to get an exit ticket. You must get an exit ticket from the front desk to leave the garage without paying.

Venue: Parking at the venue is free, and the lot is very large so it is unlikely it will fill up.

Only people specifically on the RSVP/Invite are requested to attend. We did our best to invite as much of our family and friends as possible.
