The attire is formal.

We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 5:15 pm. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way into the clubhouse, and be guided to the ceremony site. If you arrive early, feel free to relax in the clubhouse restaurant until it’s time to head to the ceremony. We look forward to celebrating with you!

We will have both a two night (Friday night + Saturday Night) hotel block, and a one night hotel block (Saturday night only). If you requested one already then we will reach out to you for any follow up info. If you choose to book at the specific hotel below without utilizing our room block, please let us know if you are interested in being a part of the shuttle that we are booking. We are only assuming that folks in the hotel block are interested in the shuttle unless we are informed otherwise.

The deadline to book the room block is March 25th, after which the hotel will release any remaining rooms in our block to the general public and no more rooms can be booked with the block.

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel. We are only assuming that folks from the hotel block are going to be included in the shuttle. If you book this hotel on your own and want to join the shuttle, please let us know prior to March 30th as we need to estimate how many trips are needed at different times. The shuttle will only be going from the Courtyard @ Rowan University to the wedding venue, and back to the hotel at the end of the wedding.

Hotel: Parking at the hotel from the hotel block (Courtyard @ Rowan university) is very limited due to the location (middle of a college campus). Only hotel guests with a room can get one parking space per room included with their stay. To utilize the parking included with your hotel, you can either park in the small lot behind the hotel (if there are spaces available), and if not you can park in the parking garage across the street. When you check in, you can provide your license plate to the front desk who will validate your parking.

Venue: Parking at the venue is free, and the lot is very large so it is unlikely it will fill up.

Only people specifically on the RSVP/Invite are requested to attend. We did our best to invite as much of our family and friends as possible.
